Once we have our initial consultation, I will use your race, goals, and current fitness level to formulate an eight week training program leading up to your event. Flexibility is designed into the program to accommodate a varying schedule. Unlike the block program, the full 8 weeks will be available upon receipt of payment with your first follow up 4 weeks in. Eight week plans start at $120.
