The block training program offers the most customization and flexibility for athletes. Through an initial consultation I’ll gather information concerning your goals, current fitness level, and schedule. Once I know what your desired trajectory is, I’ll design a training plan unique to you and your desired trajectory. As you progress, the schedule will be modified and tailored appropriately.

Choosing the block training schedule will allow you to see two weeks of workouts at a time, but have enough flexibility to customize based on your progression. With consistent communication between coach and athlete, training schedules will be updated and altered based on your personal schedule and progression.

Block training plans start at $50/ two week block.
